Abstract


Pesticide electrostatic spraying is a new technology developed with ultra-low volume spraying technology. Over the past few decades, the advantages of electrostatic spraying have been recognized and accepted by people in the field of plant pests chemical protection. This paper present an overview of the development of pesticide electrostatic spraying technology, and made some theoretical analyses. Aimed at some problems such as short spraying distance, electricity-leaking and reverse ionization among electrostatic nozzles existing in the country, an air-assisted electrostatic-induction nozzle was designed. The basic designing theories,structure and working process of this nozzles were theoretically specified in the paper. And then the atomization quality and charge performances of this nozzle and its affecting factors were studied by carrying out performance experiment and statistic analysis. Result of the studies indicate: (1) from this nozzle, droplet were minute and uniform, the droplet VMD is between 30--60μm, and the DR is bigger than 0.67;(2) the regression equation for describing droplet size of this nozzle obtained from the experiment data was significant, and has higher forecast precision;(3)from the importance degree, the factors row were air pressure、jet orifice diameter、charge voltage、liquid pressure、air flow and liquid flow;(4) liquid pressure、jet orifice diameter and liquid flow were significant to droplet uniformity; (5)air pressure、jet orifice diameter and charge voltage were significant to droplet standard deviation, the cross-effects of air pressure and liquid pressure、jet orifice diameter were also significant; (6) charging droplet can enhance its uniformity and reduce small droplet drift;(7)within the experiment extend, air pressure at 0.4Mpa, liquid pressure at 0.25Mpa, jet orifice diameter atφ2.0 were the most suitable parameters for the nozzle; (8) this nozzle need be experimented in the wild for the work performance.
