Abstract


In the current financial situation,The financing of securities company is a problem with strong and very urgent practicality. Many of domestic famous scholars have done a lot of fruitful research to this problem. How does financing of effective settlement securities company restrains the problem, the strengthening and developing of oneself as to the securities company, all there are important meanings in the steady operation of the financial market.This dissertation is on the basis of relevant theories of financing, go on , analyze to of our country financing current situation of securities company , draw of our country securities company have serious financing restrain this conclusion comparatively especially, then has analyzed from all angles financing restrains the deep influence on the securities company of our country on this basis. And in the further discussion, reason why detailed analysis causes the financing of securities company to restrain—There are a legal system , factor of the operation environment among them, there is a reason of securities company even more. The financing problem of solving the securities company is a systemic project, can be come down to two respects finally: first , widen its financing channel . second , set up the financing systems of securities company of the suitable national conditions of our country. Through drawing on foreign mature experience, the article focused on two aspects of a more detailed study done for two respect, it is our country that widen financing channel of securities company, set up effective safe financing system it offers to be comparatively ripe suggestion. Because the financing risk is that the securities company carries on the focal point which should be considered in financing at present, so the thesis also carried on the discussion on how to take precautions against the financing risk of securities company at the end.Under the situation with overall and open financial circles, how to enhance the overall strength of our courtry’s securities companies, have already become and guaranteed the healthy operating of the capital market steadily and fast-developing key. As a capital-intensive industry, almost one in our industry has just started, securities companies to develop a large extent depends on its ability to smoothly integrate into the required funds.The modifications of " Law of Securities " and " Law of Company ", have offered looser external environment condition for financing in the securities
