Abstract


Food is the material basis for the survival of the people, when all available virtual time, food can not be virtual. Food and energy, fresh water around the world along with the importance of people’s livelihood as a strategic material, but food is also a material foundation for the country’s industrial development and socio-economic development. Food as a very special commodity,the people’s livelihood, the country’s security and social stability and development. Macro-logistics e-business e-commerce refers to the period of social logistics system, which includes logistics infrastructure systems, logistics support systems. The micro-logistics e-commerce refers to business logistics and logistics companies as an example, the logistics operation for the center of the logistics system, the logistics involved in running the various elements of its components, which can be further divided into the packaging system, handling systems, transport systems, storage systems, distribution processing system, recycling reuse systems, information systems, management systems.Establish an efficient food logistics system e-commerce reflected the importance of: (1) e-commerce through the establishment of efficient food logistics system and the promotion of food industry, the rapid development of e-commerce. (2) e-commerce through the establishment of efficient food logistics system, is conducive to the development of China’s food industry, logistics and management level. (3) e-commerce through the establishment of efficient food logistics system will help improve China’s food industry’s international competitiveness. Despite the development of China’s grain logistics industry, has achieved a more remarkable achievement, but still there are still many areas for improvement and perfection, mainly reflected in:(1) China’s grain logistics channels, processes are not standardized, disordered flow is more prevalent; (2) the grain distribution technology is more old, as a constraint to the development of China’s grain logistics bottlenecks; (3) the grain depots stock a long time and slow turnover, affecting the speed and efficiency of grain logistics; (4) grain storage logistics enterprises are small, granary low level of logistics information; (5) behind the form of food packaging and transportation and logistics system is not only reasonable decision.China’s grain logistics system’s overall e-commerce elements, including functional elements, support elements and material elements of the three basic levels. China’s grain industry e-commerce integration and optimization of logistics systems, including:(1) establishment of an integrated food logistics center-based food chain models; (2) the food industry to build a sound e-commerce logistics model and node system; (3) strong Optimization of E-commerce in China’s grain industry supply chain structure; (4) to promote e-commerce logistics of food industry process reengineering. At the same time, through logistics and distribution center of food industry, construction and building security system, to promote e-commerce of China’s grain logistics system implementation.
