In the recent several dozens years, followed the computer technology, the communication and the network technology swift and violent development, the manufacturing industry have also had the huge transformation, gradually moved towards the integration, the network, the globalization development direction. The numerical control engine bed took the manufacture system the automated equipment, uses the existing network technology realization to its longdistance operation, the long-distance monitoring, the long-distance breakdown diagnosis and so on the long-distance control, has the vital significance regarding the modern long-distance equipment service and the network manufacture.Must realize to the numerical control engine bed based on the Internet network manufacture and the equipment service, first must realize the numerical control engine bed based on the Internet long-distance monitoring, regarding has is very easy based on the PC numerical control system numerical control engine bed to realize this function. But, regarding has other numerical control systems the numerical control engine bed to have to have based on the Internet network connection module.The numerical control engine bed network control was the modem manufacturing industry development inevitable trend;the economy numerical control engine bed widely is already used in our country manufacture profession. This article according to this kind of situation, produced one kind to suit the economy numerical control engine bed based on the Internet numerical control engine bed long-distance supervisory system, and has produced the overall system principle of design and the system realization plan.This article hardware aspect uses the Winbond78E58B monolithic integrated circuit to take the network connection module CPU, takes the bridge using EMP7128, realized 8 monolithic integrated circuits to actuate 32 based on PCI total wire card RTL8029. The network connection module and the engine bed mailing address uses the standard string mouth, the correspondence baud rate is highest may achieve 19200bps.This article software aspect uses Visual studio net 2,003 and SQL Server2000 took the development environment, the C# programming language took the development kit, based on the UDP network correspondence agreement, used the P2P communication to research and develop the server and client software.
