Abstract


In this essay the writer has concentrated on the research of the real estate information disclosing system from the angel of demonstration and forecasting. The writer has proved why the real estate information disclosing system is needed from macro and micro level. Then construct the framework of this system using the stock market information disclosing system as reference. After that the writer gives this system a juristic analysis, which constitutes a concrete base for the -running of this information system. At last the writer makes it clear what obligation shall be applied if this real estate information system is disobeyed. This essay construct a theory framework for the real estate information disclosing system, which very few research has done on it.
