Abstract


Enterprise’s survival and the development more and more rely on enhancement of the core competence. Regarding the research on the core competence of private enterprise, it is helpful for a private enterprise to judge, monitor and adjust its own competence level, and moreover, it is helpful for the private enterprise to enhance its own core competence in the short way.On the basis of making a summary of the core competence theory, this article has made a definition for the core competence of private enterprise: the core competence of private enterprise is refers to that a private enterprise form a dynamic ability through the management conformity, which can obviously realize the customer value demand in contrary to competitor and is not easy to be imitated by competitor dynamic ability. The core competence usual shows as a leading group of ability system organic conformity that can be formed through technical ability and managed capacity, it has characteristics of value, distinctive quality, ductility and dynamic, and so on.By analyze the private enterprise intrinsic question ,this article discovered the majority of private enterprises lack the core competence, the concrete manifestation is: Technological innovation ability is not strong; Good faith pending improvement; the blind multiplication, the blind expansion; The difficulty of introduction of talent, the scare of high quality staff; The overall quality of private enterpreneur is not high, so it cannot meet the market economy demands to develop; Business management level is not high. And through utilizing the core competence theory in private enterprise, it proposed that the key factor to influence the core competence of private enterprise lied in the establishment of the modern enterprise system.Finally, in view of the present situation and the existence question of the core competence of private enterprise, it suggested that it mainly solves its inherent deep level contradiction through the following way to cultivate and promote its core
