With in-depth socio-economic development and severe market segmentation, most companies are only focused on some particular market or a specific technology, to build the core competitiveness of enterprises with pool resources. By outsourcing non-core business, companies can reduce operating costs; improve product quality and customer satisfaction. Outsourcing manufacturing is a kind of outsourcing process that most companies use to process special materials, components, semi-finished or finished products because of lack of technical personnel, or processing equipment and processing technology, or just the choice of business strategy. The outsourcing manufacturing product quality and production capacity of suppliers are directly related to the company’s end-products quality and quantity, and to the customer satisfaction. Companies should attach great importance to the process management and quality control of outsourcing manufacturing. ISO9001:2008, quality management system requirements clearly states that "enterprises should ensure the quality control of outsourced processes."Worked in the high-tech enterprises of WG Company, the author served as a management representative of ISO9000 quality management system, and was responsible for the quality management system up and running, and product certification. In these work, the authors realized the adverse effects of outsourcing manufacturing quality matters, and realized the importance and complexity of quality management for outsourcing manufacturing. In this paper, the author study the various matters of outsourcing manufacturing process in WG based on the company’s quality management system, find out the various reasons combined with total quality management theory and methods, and analyze the various factors affecting the quality of outsourcing manufacturing in WG. Taking into account the internal process management and outsourcing supplier management, the author design a reasonable process management and quality control methods of outsourcing manufacturing, and put forward a number of safeguards, such as quality management rules, organizational restructuring, quality information management, education and training, and so on. The study will help the WG Company to improve product quality and production efficiency of outsourcing manufacturing, achieve the economic interests and development goals.
