The growing companies tend to pass a series of developmental phases. In the position of some Chinese managerialist, there are four phases of organization development: the creativity stage, the growth stage, the maturation stage, the decline stage. But Larry E. Greiner (the famous America managerialist) points out there are six phases: the creativity phase, the direction phase, the delegation phase, the coordination phase, the collaboration phase and the cooperation phase. All of these thories is the basic of this paper. I shall show later the development of one automatic agency company, during the reform and opening-up phase. At the same time, I will describe the infection of the organization structure, the management, the operation principle for the company’s evolution and revolution.In this thesis, I described the four stages of xcgk’s evolution ,which based on the Larry E. Greiner’s theory of 6 stages models and the 5 key factors in development (age of the organization, size of the organization, stages of evolution, stages of revolution, growth rate of industry).I described xcgk company’s evolution process, then I specially made analysis on the instruction stage to the mandate stage’s revolution and the collaboration stage to the cooperation stage’s revolution based on Lewin’s Organization Change Theory.At the end, we get a conclusion: enterprises in the evolution will experience different stages, each stage will be developed between evolution to revolution. So, we need to get a clear understanding on the enterprise’s stage to decide to extend or shorten the time of the stage. To find a solution of the revolution is critical to the survival and development of enterprises.
