Abstract


This paper relies on the GM platform of the tripartite joint venture, with the help of mature model of GM’s purchasing system, to reform the SGMW’s purchase management in a comprehensive scale.The project is based on the SGMW’s the purchasing department, breaking through the internal relations of purchase, supplier quality and logistics. With the mutual support of product design and development, it is applied in Wuling B12 engine product-making process to enhance the designing ability and the purchasing management level of Wuling high-tech product so as to shorten the product-making cycle and elevate enterprise competitive power. On the basis of SGMW Supplier Management System Research and Analysis, the purchasing system will be reset and the job duties will be formulated for every department. By means of applying purchasing system in SGMW.SGMW strengthens the management of suppliers and then gains outstanding achievement. Meanwhile, this paper focuses on the resources between enterprises and suppliers, classifies the resources in a rational and effective way, shares the resources in a better way, makes it convenient to develop purchasing management system which is suitable for enterprises, meet the needs of flexibility, fast response, high-quality requirements for the components provided by the suppliers, accomplishing the effective integration with other departments of the enterprise.
