Abstract


With the deepening of the concept of virtual enterprises and the popularity of the Internet, the ties and cooperation between enterprises is also increasing. How to choose the allies enterprises, in order to keep an invincible position in the competition, is a virtual business major problem for the leader enterprises. Meanwhile, in the creation of virtual enterprises, because of the independence and cooperation partners in the interim, choosing right partners become a key and very complex in the creation of virtual enterprises. So the post-evaluation of the partners is very important and valuable for the creating and running the virtual enterprise.This paper has do some research about the characteristics of virtual enterprise and the partner selection process, then established an evaluation system of the virtual enterprise partner selection.And this paper compares some evaluation mehods and use the matter-element analysis for the virtual enterprise partners post-evaluation.The research purpose and content of this paper has been given, after done some analysis of the importance of the post-evaluation and development of domestic and international post-evaluation. This paper has analysed the importance of the post-evaluation based on the differences and connection between front-term, medium-term and post evaluation. According to the partner evaluation, the paper presents the partner evaluation models. On this basis, comprehensive evaluation in the virtual enterprise partner evaluation system is an important means, so the paper highlighted the partner after comprehensive evaluation model.Post evaluation target and conceive principle were analysed. Post evaluation system was established in terms of the competitive power of products, the Competitive power inside, the environment outside and the enterprise ability of four parts were explained. According to the content of the evaluation system, the paper establishes evaluation criteria, while selecting matter-element methods to evaluate post evaluation system.The paper addresses how the post evaluation system applicants and operates to the virtual enterprise using above research results and combining the actual situation of one enterprise’s run, in addition to give a example and gain conclusion.
