Abstract


As a strong province in private enterprises of China, the private economy has achieved remarkable development since reform and opening up for more than 30 years, whether private economic volume, or share in improving steadily. However, changeable the new situation of economic globalization, challenges from joining WTO and new wave after wave of promoting economic development of new technology revolution, this series of external environment changes makes Jiangsu private enterprises facing more intense global competition. How to make the enterprise can continue to develop steadily down, depending on whether private enterprise of Jiangsu to improve their ability of indigenous innovation. The improvement of indigenous innovation ability means to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises. Indigenous innovation is the drive source of the development of private enterprises, and strengthen innovation ability was also promoted to national strategy. How to realize the enterprises’long-term development by the indigenous innovation is an important problem facing Jiangsu entrepreneurs. Therefore, it is extremely significant to study the effects of innovation on Jiangsu private enterprise and how to improve the ability of indigenous innovation.Firstly, this thesis expounds the research of Jiangsu private enterprises of indigenous innovation ability of background and significance, explains the research methods and article mentality, and illustrates articles framework. This thesis reviews about the theory of indigenous innovation at home and abroad as well as, details analysis of the concept and connotation of indigenous innovation.Secondly, this thesis analyzes about the status quo of Jiangsu private enterprises’ indigenous innovation ability in the third chapter, constructs the private enterprises’ indigenous innovation ability evaluation index system, and deeply analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Jiangsu private enterprises’ indigenous innovation ability.Again, this thesis analyzes the relationship among the three about technology innovation, property rights institution innovation and management innovation, and action mechanism in chapter 4.The fifth chapter puts forward the indigenous innovation strategy route choice based on the before analysis, hoping to help Jiangsu private enterprises to improve the indigenous innovation ability.
