Abstract


By using the theory of career development, regarding the conflict and challenge between the speedy of business development and manpower storage, this article studies the first tier management employee career development situation in Y company which is the leading company of the restaurant chain industrial from three parts.In the FIRST PART, it introduces Y Company’s background and the first tier management employee brief information such as age, education background, gender, and service year and promotion time. And it points out the challenge of Y Company’s first tier management career development management.In the SECOMD PART, it introduces the first tier management career development system in Y Company. The article is to introduce the career development vision of first tier management in Y Company. The key point is to introduce the“Restaurant No. 1”Culuture. Then the article introduces the first tier management employee career development path and introduces the bench plan definition, content, implementation.In the THIRD PART is to study the approaches and methods used by Y Company to cooperate the first tier management career development system execution. It includes Training System for first tier management employee, performance management, 360-degree feedback, together with Mentor Plan. Finally, through the analysis of the status and outcome of first tier management employee career development in Y Company, it is significant and necessary to plan and implement the first tier management employee career development for such speedy developing restaurant chain industrial companies as Y Company. As the mean while, it will also put forward some suggestions for the improvement of first tier management employee career development in Y Company.
