Abstract


In order to form the standard, orderly and opening developing arrangement and build socialized large-scale cooperation of the system in science technology industry of national defense, our country issued series policies to guide and encourage the private enterprise to get into science technology industry of national defense. But for various reasons, the private enterprise enters also has many barriers. This article studies the region in Shanghai, using the method of game theory, analysis the obstacle of private enterprises’participation in science technology industry of national defense.Firstly, this article had expounded the selected topic background and the significance, reviewed the domestic and foreign research present situation, proposed the key question which plans to solve. Secondly, unifies developmentally present situation of Shanghai’s science technology industry of national defense and the private enterprise, has analyzed the present situation characteristic about private enterprises’ participation in science technology industry of national defense, and then proposed the significance and the barrier. Thirdly, this article has carried on the related benefit gambling analysis to private enterprises’participation in science technology industry of national defense, using the model. Finally, this article make a suggestion about speeding up to carry private enterprises’participation in science technology industry of national defense forward, on the base of using the experience of other countries for reference about private enterprises’participation in science technology industry of national defense, with practical situation.
