The projct risk management research of Wacker dispersible polymer powder will mainly solve the risk management of chemical buidling material project during the construction, such as risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation, risk reponse and risk monitoring and control, thus it could make sure of sucessful construction by decreasing the cost maximumly within the risk scope.This thesis will mainly focus on the objects above and has the background of 5000 T/y dispersible polymer powder project for Wacker Chemie AG, make a full application research for the risk management of chemical buidling material projects. The main content is as follows:1.The basic connotation of risk and engineering project risk, for all the process of engineering project risk management, especially for risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation, risk response and risk monitoring and control, it discusses in details and trys to find the combining point of risk management, project management and chemical buidling material projects.2.This thesis uses the risk theories at the project risk management for 5000T/y redispersible polymer powder of Wacker Polymer (Zhangjiagang) Co.,Ltd., does the full analysis for this project including project risk management plan, project risk identification, then makes project risk response plan, project risk monitoring and the outcomes by executing risk management, trys to identify risks, evaluate risks and manage risks in the early stage of projects, searches the response and solving plans for risk management, decreases the project risks and make sure of the sucessful execution of projects.3.Based on the risk analysis, according to the effects of risk actors, this thesis endows main affected actors with value, defines risk level. This could easily analysize and direct actual works. Following by this idea, it makes deep analysis for project construction risks, working condition risks, powder exploding risks for producing equipments, others units and equipment risks. The total risk analysis combines the quality and quantity actors, calculates the risk levels of this project. 4.For the main risk levels, this thesis analysizes main factors of risks, lists the controlling steps of this project, combines the theories and facts together and has strong actual reference value.
