Abstract


The significant project of government investment is the way of our country fuel economic growth, It’s the maximum and far-reaching influence to social development, economic distribution and national income of our country. The system therefore, carrying out the mandatory bidding for significant project of government investment has inherent significance and necessity. Demonstration has analysed the main body of a book specifically for the significant project of Shang Luo tendering&bidding activity, and pointed out no standard existence among the phenomenon. the book has carried out the shallow analysis of current problems of tendering&bidding marketplace with a view of my job reality.
