Abstract


As the development of economic globalization and the opening up of China’s logistics industry, the growth of logistics enterprises is in face of complex contradictions and severe environment; therefore studies on the growth of logistics enterprises in the new era laws, models and approaches have an important theoretical and practical significance. The paper focuses on the growth of China’s logistics business model, and hope to provide the rapid growth of China’s logistics enterprises for theoretical and practical insight. In this paper, the growth of China’s logistics business model is the research object, the Center is to explore the growth of China’s logistics business rules and summarize the growth of China’s logistics business basic experience.The paper is divided into four parts: The first chapter is the Introduction, firstly it introduces the research ideas, research content, the basic methods and innovations; Secondly , for the business to grow up, it reviews the research results of our predecessors; Thirdly it defines the concept about the growth of logistics enterprises.The second chapter is the central thesis to study the logistics business growth model. Firstly it describe the status of logistics business growth, focusing on analysis of the logistics environment and the barriers to business growth; Secondly it summarizes the existing logistics business growth model, which is summarized in five kinds of model, that is the innovative type, the international type, the cooperative type, the scale type and the filled type, and it also study the impacts of China’s logistics business growth model factors; Thirdly it studies how to choose the growth model of logistics enterprises, and then the answer to the issues about how to select the appropriate model is given for enhancing the growth of China’s logistics business growth .The fourth is to build a logistics business growth of evaluation system, and try to determine which growth mode selected is appropriate for logistics enterprise by evaluating the growth pattern of the different enterprises. The third chapter is the case study, which is the main growth pattern of China’s logistics enterprises. These cases are about innovative logistics enterprise growth pattern, large-scale business growth model and growth pattern of cooperative logistics enterprises. The forth chapter is the suggestions for how to accelerate the growth of China’s logistics enterprises. It provides a guideline and path by internal growth mechanism and growth mode selection as well as external economic policy.
