Abstract


During the recent years, following the acceleration of the proceeding of urbanization and population aging, the changing of the spectrums of disease and death notation and the conversion of medical model, the population structure and health demand of health services transformed. The generation of the community health service which aims to satisfy the elementary health services demand adapts to these changes. It emphasizing disease prevention and medical care integrates disease prevention with medical treatment, medical care, rehabilitation, health education and family-plan technique instruction. So it is an available, economical, convenient, integrative and consecutive health service pattern. At present, urban community health service have progressed deeply in our country, a great deal of rural areas are using their experience for reference to develop rural community health service actively and creatively. However, combing with the property of rural health task, the rural community health service is a sort of new medical care pattern which regards primary health care as bibcock, integrative administration as foundation, cooperative medical care as guarantee. It relates with various aspects of rural health. The rural community health service is still on the process of elementary research in our country, the regions of carrying out are few, and furthermore the areas that can be provided with study and reference genuinely are more less. Therefore, there is little systematic academic study on rural community health service presently. The existing study also has the problems that the study profundity is inadequate and sample size is limitary. So they are lack of
