Abstract


Objective: To analyze the drug induced liver injury in clinical characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in the past five years , provide a basis to improve the diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine drug induced liver . Methods: Retrospective analysis of the past five years, Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of clinical diagnosis of 60 cases of drug-induced liver . Meet the diagnostic criteria of drug-induced liver patients with a total of 50 cases , Western medicine caused liver damage cases classified as A1 group , Chinese medicine caused liver damage cases classified as Group A2 . Gender were compared two groups of patients , medication to liver damage , symptoms , laboratory tests , liver damage type and prognosis . According to the results presented suggestions for improvement of our standard . Comparing the old and new diagnostic criteria for diagnosis of liver damage cases caused 32 cases of Chinese medicine . Results : A1 start medication to liver damage , 13.46 ± 4.14d A2 to 21.96 ± 5.33d (P <0.05) , the difference was statistically significant ; A1 acute intrahepatic cholestasis type accounted for 30.8% of the cases , A2 group accounted for 45.8% (P <0.05) , the difference was statistically significant ; medicine cause liver damage cases in a total of 32 cases of the Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine , in compliance with the original diagnostic criteria accounted for 75.0% of the cases , to meet the diagnostic criteria modified cases accounted for 96.9%, P <0.05, the difference was statistically significant . Conclusion: ① in this group of patients , traditional Chinese medicine caused liver damage clinical features different than Western medicine , mainly as follows: the time of medication from the start to the liver damage ; increased incidence of skin stained yellow sclera ; acute intrahepatic cholestasis The hepatic damage increased incidence . ② According to the proposed changes of traditional Chinese medicine cause liver damage to the analysis of the clinical features of the diagnostic criteria of China 's traditional Chinese medicine - induced liver damage , and may improve the clinical detection rate of the traditional Chinese medicine liver damage , reduce missed a reference value .
