Abstract


Zarit Caregiver Burden Interview Chinese version of the SF-36 Health Questionnaire the standard validity evaluation purposes with the accelerated process of global population aging , illness hospitalization of people in need of care and disability from chronic diseases is also increasing . Family Care International experience shows that home care is still the preferred way to care for the elderly . China is still a lack of Chinese culture , research tool for the Chinese situation . Subjects and methods of investigation . Survey in age of 50 years old and above escort hospitalized elderly patients and community home-based care of elderly patients for the study, questionnaires were distributed and 82 questionnaires 80 , 76 valid questionnaires were response rate of 97.56% , the completion of rate of 92.68% . 2 .
