Abstract


Pathologic myopia CNV related factors in its OCT morphological research purposes pathologic myopia choroidal neovascularization ( CNV ) film morphological characteristics of the optical coherence tomography ( OCT ) and to explore myopia , axial length and the CNV formation of whether correlation . Methods From November 2004 to June 2006 outpatient and inpatient 34 cases ( 60 ) in patients with myopia line eye A super B super- refraction, fundus fluorescein angiography ( FFA ) , OCT check . FFA , OCT check for CNV, record pathological changes of the macular area ; standard axial length and refractive error were divided into 50 in the experimental group and the control group 10 and the results were statistically analyzed using correlation test , chi-square test . The results of the experimental group 50 39 CNV, control group 10 a CNV occurs . Experimental group, the incidence of CNV was significantly higher. The axial length of the experimental group and the control group , the refractive state of the same occurrence of CNV were statistically analyzed , statistically significant ( P < 0.05 ) . Experimental group 50 FFA check 36 explicitly check the CNV , 14 eye examination no CNV fluorescence performance ; OCT examination 39 check out the classic CNV image , 11 no the CNV . The results of the chi-square test , the detection rate of the OCT and FFA CNV contrast statistically significant chi-square value <0.01 . CONCLUSION axial the longer higher the diopter greater the probability CNV scan outcomes length the refractive states .
