Abstract


In recent years, Qian Chengzhi’s poems have received researchers’attentions but there are many problems as to the current research such as the lack of overall contemplation and research being out of proportion. Particularly, Qian Chengzhi’s The Tianjian Poetry has not caused any attention. This paper takes The Tianjian Poetry as the subject and gives the overall assurance from each aspect to Qian Chengzhi’s later period poetry. This paper consists of five parts. The introduction covers the present situation of research of Qian Chengzhi’s poems. The first chapter discusses the biography and the literature thought, distinguishes clearly Qian Chengzhi’s birth and death dates and points“retivement”can accurately summarize Qian Chengzhi’s later life condition. The second chapter classifies Qian’s poems according to the content and gives special attention to“poems of family reunion”and“poems of tourism and friendship”that have not caused attention from researchers. In addition we put up forward different opinions from Mr. Zhu Zejie’s research. The third chapter analyzes Qian Chengzhi’s psychology as an old adherent of the past dynasty from two perspectives of images and personalities of the author. The fourth chapter discusses the artistic characteristis of Qian’s poems from two aspects of images and various styles and pionts out The Tianjian Poetry is of great artistic value and serves as a miror of old adherents of the past dynasty. To sunm up, it occupies a definite position in ealier Qing poetry history and should get more attention.
