Abstract

In this passage, the development of the united in P.E between school and social community is studied at the beginning. The author gives a systematic analysis as to its character, connotation, foundation, usage and mechanic system by the means of document using, system-analyzing and logic analyzing. At the same time, tries to talk about its basic thinking, guided principle and effective ways to support some evidence for the development of this P.E united.The finding shows: the definition of the development of P.E united between school and social community is: the P.E organizations of school’s and communities should break their closed situation, unite their P.E resources, solve the problems appeared in the process of this connection and satisfy the requirement of students’and other residents’physical practice continuously. This union of school and social community has some characters, such as the character of people’s participating, the character of education consistence, management developing and its using unbalance etc, ant it can stimulate the socializing of school’s P.E., social P.E uniting of social community and it can strengthen social residents’daily physical practice as well. Our country’s P.E united between school and social community has already had some bases and conditions. To unite P.E resources, satisfy school’s physical education and the requirement of social community’s residents’physical practice is a main mechanism in this modern period to push its development. The author also thinks: its basic thinking(system) way is to set up and perfect the net for organizing the united of P.E and its insurance system. Also the author suggests: with the guidance of the principle of the whole, the principle of opening etc, the author points out some ways to stimulate its development, those ways are following: to strengthen the announcement for the whole social residents’physical practice; encourage residents’participating; make use of the advantage of net; show out the use of family physical practise; deeper quality education; students’home-work burden; keep the spirit of subject reform; enhance the connection between community’s P.E and school’s P.E teaching content; popularize positively the“club-typed”teaching form, and realize the union of social community’s and school’s organizing for in physical education. At the same time, to make use of the link use of local government’s management, and enrich an effective connection and reasonable arrangement of stadium equipment resources, to develop the understanding between school and community, and the last point is to stimulate the union and co-operation of education science.
