Abstract


Carbon nanotubes have excellent physical , chemical and mechanical properties, its enormous potential value has been widespread concern. And the wall surface effect of carbon nanotubes in the presence of a large number of topological defects in the surface of the carbon nanotubes is essentially graphite than the other variants have greater reactivity. When used as an electrode material, easy to electron transfer with other substances , showing a more excellent electron transport properties. The main work of this thesis are: multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) as the research object, which modified the electrode surface , study of biological macromolecules and other substances on the electrochemical properties of carbon nanotubes , carbon nanotube -based electrochemical sensors prepared . Text is divided into five chapters: ( 1 ) First, the electrochemical biosensor research are introduced, and then conducted a study on carbon nanotubes simple overview paper concludes with the idea . ( 2 ) with a carboxyl group of multi-walled carbon nanotubes modified electrode , and then after continuous cyclic voltammetry , the cytochrome C adsorbed to the carbon nanotube surface studied by electrochemical means of cytochrome C in the direct electron transfer and NO, H 2 O 2 electrocatalytic performance. ( 3 ) Preparation of catalase (Cat) / MWNTs modified electrode was studied its direct electrochemical behavior and observed that its H 2 O 2 and O2 electrocatalytic . ( 4 ) Preparation of hemoglobin (Hb) / MWNTs modified electrode was studied direct electron transfer of Hb and found to important small biomolecules NO good electrocatalytic behavior . ( 5 ) through a series of measures prepared Prussian blue (PB) / MWNTs composite modified electrode , the study found the modified electrode H 2 O 2 and O2 can be measured separately , and found that the electrode pairs NO 2 - obvious electro-catalytic reduction.
