Abstract


Today , in the twenty-first century , the pollution emissions of the power generation companies in the country have not been effective control , especially in the environmental impact of the electricity market , our ability to integrate the cost of environmental pollution into the sum of the cost of power generation will affect the power generation companies in the competitive market . With the enterprise market competitiveness , it will greatly improve the productivity of the enterprises , but also bring social and economic benefits to the power system , in order to achieve the optimal allocation of resources . Based on Pollution Situation -fired power and sewage measures analysis, and environmental economics theory , combined with the production status at this stage of the thermal power industry as well as the economic policy , economic regulations , and the environmental costs of China 's thermal power enterprises constitute specific estimates of the different types of items cost , which effectively established cost estimation model set in line with China 's national conditions , thermal power enterprise environment . In this paper , a thermal power enterprise 's day-to-day production data and examples to verify the validity of the model , the full proof of this stage sewage charges much lower than the cost of environmental losses , sewage charges not completely compensate for the sewage caused by the external environment loss and thermal power enterprise environment, economic policy recommendations and optimization methods .
