Abstract

Alkylphenols (Alkylphenols, APs) are a class of great harm to the environment and human substances are persistent organic pollutants (Persistent Organic Pollutants, POPs), bioaccumulative, biodegradable and \long-distance transport, they are available from the sources of pollution and human health and ecological environment have a serious impact. In recent years, the global degradation of the quality of the marine environment, offshore environment of persistent organic pollutants in environmental geochemistry behavior has caused attaches great importance to international academic community and pay close attention to, and has launched its spatial distribution in some typical waters research and enrichment patterns. Intersection zone of the estuary is located in the river and the sea, it is not only the role of a variety of natural force by land and sea, and by the multifaceted impact of human activities, natural phenomena, complex and volatile, high biodiversity, fragile ecological environment. This article select Jiaozhou Bay, the Yangtze Delta, the Bohai Sea and its main one of the rivers into the sea, Liaohe, as typical of the study area, the use of gas chromatography - mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method for determination of the content of alkylphenols estuary offshore different environmental media the alkylphenol spatial distribution, composition characteristics and sources of pollution, a preliminary discussion of the potential ecological risk, and in accordance with the Core Sediments of the Yangtze Delta of nonylphenol (Nonylphenol, NP) and bisphenol A (BisphenolA, BPA) The content of the vertical distribution characteristics to estimate the deposition flux, and discuss its relationship with China's social and economic development. The results show that: in Jiaozhou Bay throughout the study area, water bodies, major pollutants nonylphenol (NP) and nonylphenol single oxygen ethylene ether (NP1EO), and nonylphenol dioxyethylene ether (NP2EO), concentration ranges were 3.6-219.8ng / L ,60.6-107 .9 ng / L and 30.7-79.2ng / L, and the concentration range of the bisphenol A (BPA), and tert-butyl phenol (t-BP) of respectively 1.5-18.1ng / L and 1.9 -2.4ng / L, t-butyl - octyl phenol (t-OP) is lower than the detection limit. All sediment samples were detected of the NP, NP1EO, NP2EO and BPA, concentration range 7.1-76.9 ng / g dw ,2.8-29 .6 ng / g dw ,0.9-21 .7 ng / g dw and 1.8 to 3.5 ng / g dw, t-BP and t-OP below the detection limit. Spatial distribution pattern basically rendered nearshore NP higher than the middle of the bay. Compared with the measured data in 2005, the Jiaozhou Bay in water NP content overall downward trend, but the relatively small annual variability NP sediments. NP and BPA content in the Bohai Sea sediments ranged between 3.16-13.6 ng / g dw and ND-1.44ng / g dw. Terrigenous input is the main source of the Bohai Sea waters NP and BPA the Bohai circulation system, sediment grain size and deposition rate of NP and BPA spatial distribution have an important impact. Bohai Sea sediments the BPA levels significantly lower than the NP. In surface sediments of the Yangtze Delta, NP and BPA content between 1.56-35.8 ng / g dw and 0.72-13.2 ng / g dw between the spatial distribution of the distance has nothing to do with the distance from the mouth of the estuary of the Yangtze Estuary Mud District, and Zhejiang muddy region content is relatively high. Zhejiang mud area high content and low deposition rate in the region and sediment particles finer related. In core sediments, NP and BPA, respectively, in 1971 and 1973 was detected, its content and vertical distribution of deposition flux characteristics are more similar, basically the history of China's social and economic development consistent. The large Liaohe study area, NP in the water basic presentation upstream high-low downstream distribution trends, major sources of pollution in the estuary upstream. 63% of the stations in bottom water the NP content than surface water, which is in the bottom water with higher levels of suspended solids and sediments NP related to the release of the underlying water. Large Liaohe in water content and salinity of the NP was a correlation, but has nothing to do with the dissolved oxygen content; sediments NP and total organic carbon, a significant correlation was no correlation with the moisture content. Compared with the domestic and international research, thesis research area representative of phenolic pollutants NP and BPA has reached a moderately low pollution levels, there are certain risks of local biological.
