Abstract

Competition under the conditions of market economy, how to survive, survival and development, is the grim reality that can not be avoided any company listed. The growth of listed companies is the cornerstone of the securities market towards prosperity and premise. A healthy stock market requires a rational investment behavior mainstream, rational investment behavior can not be separated from the healthy development of the potential of listed companies. From the current situation of China's listed companies, there is no sustained development. In this context, the evaluation of the growth of listed companies to study whether investors, creditors or the listing of the company itself, has a very important significance. Based on this, the paper listed companies of the IT industry as the research object, based on its public financial statements data, trying to establish a simple and practical evaluation system of the growth of the listed. The full text is divided into three main sections. The first part is the theoretical basis of the evaluation of the growth of listed companies. Any of the research activities require the scientific theory guidance, growth evaluation system of listed companies are no exception. This article describes the company's goals and the goals of financial management, corporate life cycle theory, the theory of business growth and investments in securities based on fundamental analysis theory, and pointed out the significance of its guidance on the evaluation of the growth of listed companies. The second part is the selection of the evaluation of the growth of the IT industry, listed companies. To avoid the one-sidedness of the past, only to rely on the subjective analysis of selected indicators, the paper more quantitative analysis method. Gt; First, in accordance with the rate of return on net assets and the average growth rate of 8% and net profit gt; 0 standard listed companies of the IT industry is divided into two categories, satisfy these two conditions designated as the growth of the company, or designated non-growth company. And then on the basis of the the traditional subjective analysis of selected indicators, using descriptive statistics, analysis of variance, independent samples T-test, a series of indicators of these two groups of companies analyze test results show that the net profit of the average growth rate of net return on assets, return on total assets and total cash assets than the four indicators, with a significant difference between the two groups of companies, the four indicators is the growth of listed companies in the IT industry has a significant impact indicators. Finally, these four indicators related test results show that there is no significant correlation between the four indicators, there is no information overlap problem, in order to determine the four indicators that is affecting the growth of the IT industry listed companies evaluation. The third part is the establishment and application of the evaluation model. In order to avoid the one-sidedness of the single model using the Fisher two types of linear discriminant analysis, principal component analysis and multiple linear regression analysis of the three methods of modeling. Back on behalf of the results of these models tested, we found that these three models have a high classification rate, the evaluation results, and also from the other hand to confirm the reliability of the indicators previously screened. But compare the three model discrimination results, Fisher two types of linear contracting
