Article first explained CWR stability problems, a review of the research on this issue at home and abroad overview; then gives a finite element model, the derivation of the formula, the preparation of a finite element analysis program: the use of the program CWR influencing factors; Finally, is summarized in the CWR stability problems. (1) The finite element model contains rails, fasteners, sleepers and ballast bed resistance as one of the flat-track framework. Nonlinear beam elements with six degrees of freedom on behalf of the rail, the element stiffness matrix ordinary beam element linear stiffness matrix and stiffness matrix of large displacement and displacement; using two node spring element to simulate the rail and sleeper buckle connecting spring unit geometric dimensions: sleeper regarded on an elastic foundation beam element, the element stiffness matrix for the ordinary linear stiffness matrix of the beam element; boundary constraint spring analog track bed transverse, longitudinal and torsional resistance. (2) in order to be able to come to temperature elevated process CWR dropsical song instability curve, using the incremental method for solving finite element equations - K △ - | a_m △ - | Q_m - | K contains rail, the sleeper beam element, the fastener spring element and boundary constraints bomb praise unit the total stiffness matrix. Each incremental step in the calculation twice, the first linear analysis, after the non-linear analysis. With the increase of the incremental step, can be drawn temperature to elevated the amount T track displacement a_m relationship curve. When prescribed limits maximum displacement a_m over to that track structure has reached instability like read. (3) prepared according to the principles of the finite element finite element analysis program using the procedures discussed in detail the lateral stiffness of the rail in the horizontal plane, rail cross-sectional area, fasteners lateral resistance fasteners torsional resistance moment, the different track bed like read, sleepers failure, a different curve radius, the initial bending deformation CWR stability, and gives a force along the rail longitudinal lateral displacement change of the junction point and the rail's internal temperature distribution. (4) After sub-Xin drawn: the lateral stiffness of the rail fastener lateral resistance fasteners to reverse the resistance moment, lateral ballast resistance is conducive to the stability of the rail; the line initial bending CWR stability unfavorable factors ; which lateral ballast resistance line initial bending impact significantly. CWR laying Maintenance should pay special attention to the conservation of the track bed dense state, strengthen the monitoring line initial bend.
