Abstract


With the rapid development of the world economy , ecological resources have been severely damaged , the ecological crisis is increasingly obvious. Ecological security has become a global issue that relates to each country , and even each individual. Russia's ecological safety legislation to globalization as a target , and actively promote the process of ecological safety legislation , our country like Russia , are in a transition period of social , political or social systems, there are many similarities. This paper mainly concerning the basic theory of ecological safety analysis , ecological security legislation of the Russian historical source for the development of an overview of the legislation of the Russian ecological security status are described and evaluated , and the ecological safety of Russia the basic contents were introduced, Finally, the above content and comparison of ecological safety legislation , legislation on China's ecological safety deficiencies and should draw on local recommendations.
