Abstract


China's legislation stipulates environmental rights, but some of the citizens' environmental rights provisions of various legislation, and environmental side of some citizens of rights being infringed, provides for a number of channels for relief and relief measures. Defined environmental rights and the rights contained in the content, as well as the rights necessary channels for relief and remedies, is a basic prerequisite for the effective protection of citizens in environmental interests.
