Abstract


Enterprises both creators of social wealth , is the major polluter of the environment , there is a close relationship with the environment . In the 1970s , the business and the environment as opposing government command and control means to force enterprises sewage treatment , the environment is still relatively rare disclosure . 1980s sustainable development theory , the awareness to solve environmental problems can not be separated from the cooperation of enterprises started to pay attention to whether a company to fulfill the responsibility of environmental protection , greatly increased the demand for environmental information . The growing importance of environmental information disclosure . Although research on corporate environmental information disclosure issues and achieved great success , but due to the current situation of environmental information disclosure of perspective division , makes the study of environmental information disclosure suffered an artificial fragmentation . Therefore , this paper proposes the re- understanding of the nature of environmental information and environmental information from the point of view of information management in public to re-examine and integrate environmental information disclosure system . This paper studies the causes of environmental information disclosure and the theoretical basis , starting from the nature of the information discussed the connotation of environmental information and environmental information disclosure ; Second , the introduction of the base model Shannon communication system model as environmental information disclosure , and describes part of the model ; third , focusing on the demand for environmental information , environmental information disclosure system in the main body of environmental information disclosure , environmental information supply model , environmental information disclosure , regulatory and environmental information disclosure form important part . Finally, a simple case of environmental information disclosure system design .
