Abstract


The rapid growth of state-owned enterprises has both the characteristics of the fast-growing enterprises with the nature of the state-owned enterprises . Due to the rapid growth of the enterprise , its internal and external customers ' business requirements increasing the flexibility of the market to a certain threat to the monopoly of state-owned enterprises . In the face of a wide range of competition , the rapid growth of state-owned enterprises must breakthrough talent bottleneck , enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises . The author first discusses the planning process of the human resources of the corporate strategy , \the strategy is not supporting weaknesses , from the point of view of strategic human resource management establish talent development channel for key positions and personnel training and development system recommendations .
