Abstract


China 's import and export policies of financial institutions legislation has still a blank . Regulations of the Export-Import Bank of China was founded 12 years may, in accordance with the legal system is still only enacted in 1993 , \needs of foreign exchanges , the a serious legislative hysteresis . So far specialized legislative work has been completed , even with the Export-Import Bank and the Export Credit Insurance Company of the nature and direction of development did not pass the law clear . Due to the lack of accurate and clear legal position , unable to fully play its due role . Therefore, how to establish and improve the import and export policy financial institutions, legal system , clear its legal position is an urgent research and address the important issue .
