Abstract


Bayer process alumina production at home and abroad is the most common production process . The evaporation process is the main process alumina production , alumina production and energy consumption of the evaporation energy consumption accounts for about 20% -25 % . The evaporation capacity , reduce evaporation steam consumption is one of the key technical issues of alumina production . New evaporator of the technological transformation projects, the study on the basis of the literature analysis and engineering practice for corporate expansion is put into use after low capacity , high steam consumption , production and other issues has not met , the process of the decomposition of the mother liquor evaporation process and the equipment systems analysis . Key factor affecting evaporation capacity and energy consumption , and to take effective measures to achieve the standards of production and improve the efficiency of evaporation is the main purpose of the research . Major research and technological innovation to improve the evaporation process in alumina production . Thermal equilibrium by the condensation of actual production analysis to determine the main factors affecting the efficiency of evaporation : evaporator scaling fast ; need to optimize the part of the production process ; evaporation the pickling influence the life of the evaporator and the normal production ; material changes affect evaporation efficiency ; water take away a lot of calories . Through research and demonstration to take the following measures can improve the efficiency of equipment evaporation : a new inhibitor to slow the scarring generation ; optimize the emptying process , the basis for the transformation of the circulating water sewer transformation ; comparison test of the inhibitor , the use of new Inhibitor ; using flash technology to give full play to the efficiency of evaporation ; increase the equilibrium shear hydrophobic take full advantage of exhaust steam . Can reach more than improve the implementation of the Bayer process decomposition of the mother liquor evaporation efficiency improvements through research, capacity increasing saving purposes , improve production efficiency , to achieve standards of production . With good economic and social benefits , and to promote the application in the same industry .
