Abstract


In the era of industrial economy , the iron and steel enterprises to the capital as important resources , economic growth depends on capital and labor inputs ; in today's era of knowledge economy , more and more iron and steel enterprises are beginning to realize , key resources from capital into information, knowledge and creativity, and human resources as a carrier of information, knowledge and creativity naturally become an important resource for the development of the organization . After analyzing the characteristics of the human resource management of iron and steel enterprises , this paper argues that the use of P - CMM theoretical system to guide China's iron and steel enterprises continued to increase and improve human resources development and management of human resources based on this idea , Capability Maturity Model (People Capability Maturity Model, referred to as the P - CMM ) theoretical system and its applications in the iron and steel enterprises , a more in-depth study after the implementation of the P - CMM necessity and feasibility analysis that iron and steel enterprises . On this basis , this paper the characteristics of the iron and steel enterprises , asked the human resources capacity of the iron and steel enterprises Maturity Model ( P - CMM ) framework to define the iron and steel enterprises P - CMM 's five maturity levels ( initial level , management level defined level the predictable level optimization level ) behavioral characteristics to determine the process domain and purpose of the maturity level of the model . Then , on the iron and steel enterprises P - CMM application research , pointed out the iron and steel enterprise applications P - CMM way , the P - CMM maturity level assessment methods and improvement strategies . Finally, as an empirical Jianlong Steel Holding Co., Ltd. , and the results of the survey questionnaire and SPSS statistical tools of descriptive statistics , factor analysis, mean comparison Jianlong Steel Holding Co., Ltd. P - CMM overall situation judgment and evaluation , and analysis of the results are discussed and put forward specific improvement strategies .
