Abstract

Currently, intermittent forced mixing equipment is widely used in our asphalt mixing equipment . The critical core of the twin-shaft compulsory mixer as the type of equipment , directly determines the quality and efficiency of mixing materials agitation . At home and abroad on stirring paid insufficient attention to the interaction between device mix , mainly due to the dynamic complexity of the mixing process , so the lack of specialized research stirring parameters . In this paper, the twin-shaft mixer mixing parameters , a reasonable choice and matching system. Thesis stirring device parameters certain theoretical analysis raised and mixing parameters selected must guarantee mixing material in the direction of the three-dimensional coordinates Drum can quickly achieve uniform mixing . On this basis , stirring line speed , and returns the number of leaves , mixed with arm is arranged to determine the reasonable value of the parameters and match set blades relations and biaxial mix arm arranged mixing parameter of the mixing quality . Experimental prototype of the design of the mixing device adjustable parameters , stirring parameters were studied . The test results show that : in the mix arm round about arranged premise , and as much as possible to speed up mixing materials in the mix barrel large circulation frequency , while increasing the the axis between reasonable countercurrent ; the arrangement recommended mix arm single set parameters for the stirring lines speed of 1.2m / s, returns the number of blades of two biaxial phase are arranged in staggered arrangement and biaxial positive ; mix arm should be opposed stirring line speed of 1.2 to 1.5 m / s , return blade 2 , opposed blade reverse , the biaxial phase staggered layout and biaxial precisely arranged . Be seen by comparing the test , mix arm opposed power consumption than mixing arm single set increase , but with better mixing quality and efficiency , it is recommended to mix the arm on the set .
