Abstract


This thesis research work around the following three parts : a molecular iodine cyclization spiro compounds , synthetic the triene ester [ 4,5 ] ; silver catalytic - phenylethynyl aniline and aldehyde synthesis indole indole compounds ; Third, catalyzed by Zinc - phenylacetylene benzaldehyde and olefin synthetic naphthalene ring derivatives . The main contents are as follows : (1) the synthesis of recent years alkyne cyclization reaction Progress in the synthesis of the synthesis of heterocyclic compounds . (2) describes the results of the alkyne iodine cyclization cyclization reaction to generate a spiro ring . Synthesis of [4,5] spiro triene ester compound cyclized by intramolecular iodine . The reaction conditions are simple and easy to operate , and environmental pollution , the scope of application of the substrate . (3) the the silver catalytic synthesis bisindole . Silver as a catalyst, 2 - phenylethynyl aniline react with benzaldehyde Synthesis of bis-indole compound , the method of synthesis of bis-indole , short reaction time and high yield . ( 4 ) the catalytic synthesis of zinc iodide naphthalene ring derivatives . Catalyzed by zinc iodide 2 - the benzene ethynylbenzaldehyde and olefin synthesis naphthalene ring compound. Zinc Lewis acid-catalyzed o - alkynyl benzaldehyde and olefin synthesis of 1 - acyl-2 - substituted naphthalene . And expand the o - alkynyl benzaldehyde and olefin substrates . The method is a compound containing a naphthalene ring structure has opened a new and efficient synthetic route .
