Abstract


Flexible development of the human resource management is a surging wave of today 's world the field of labor and employment , corporate human resource management is the most significant trends . Human resource flexibility as a significant phenomenon and trends , the impact is enormous, and this effect is by no means only in the individual countries , but worldwide , any one country can not avoid being involved , whether whether willingly or whether it is ready . Human resources as a key resource , occupy an increasingly important position . Therefore , how to apply the theory of elasticity of the human resources and strategies to guide and improve the existing human resources management , has a very important significance . This paper is the human resource elasticity theory principles applied to the theory and practice of human resource management , the introduction of the elasticity of the human resources management thinking , on the basis of the formation of human resources management based on the theory of elasticity of human resources management related issues , and some flexibility in the management of human resources strategy of qualitative and quantitative analysis . This article describes the condition of the existing human resources management in the S Pharmaceutical Co. , Ltd. , established in the draw the HR theory of elasticity and the human resources management theory based on the evaluation index system and evaluation model of the human resource management flexibility , and on this basis S existing human resources management flexibility on the flexible management of human resources and the different strategies used in S Company . This thesis, enrich the content of the human resource management theory on the basis of flexible , expanded in theory and research , and for flexibility in corporate human resources management strategy , evaluation , implementation, improvement provides theoretical support and guidance .
