Abstract


In this thesis, the author's research group in recent years developed a high-performance structural foam, acrylonitrile (AN) / methacrylic acid (MAA) / acrylamide (AM) terpolymer foam resin matrix study . The foams prepared by the two-step, i.e. the first at a low temperature synthesis uniform foamable an / MAA / AM terpolymer, and then high temperature foam, to achieve the crosslinking of the molecular chain cyclization and intermolecular, while reach the bubble of fixed shape. Due to the complexity of the chemical reactions in the preparation process, making the preliminary work has not been well recognized for many basic issues, restricting further development of the foam. In this paper, the foam matrix resin as the breakthrough point, AN / MAA / AM terpolymer molecular chain structure and macroscopic properties of in-depth study and try to flame retardants and crosslinking agent added copolymer system, for foam halogen free flame retardant as well as the further development of theoretical and experimental basis. The papers from several homopolymer, the binary copolymer system start, Deep and terpolymers analytical characterization of the molecular chain structure. By differential scanning calorimetry thermal (DSC), infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) methods such as a plurality of system of the reaction process and the reaction functional groups before and after the changes tracking and comparative analysis, clear the chemical reactions that occur in the AN / MAA / AM terpolymer heat treatment process, the reaction conditions and the resultant molecular chain structure, is provided for the purpose of explaining the chemical reaction of the resin matrix in the presence of the foaming process experimental basis. This thesis by heat before and after the AN / MAA / AM terpolymer resin tensile, compression, bending, impact, hardness and other mechanical properties, heat distortion temperature and other thermal properties and water absorption, density and other physical properties of the test, obtained relatively complete the performance data of the AN / MAA / AM terpolymer resin described in the foam resin matrix having a high mechanical properties and heat resistance. By introducing the fourth cross-linking monomer of the bismaleimide (BMI) and triallyl isocyanurate (TAlC), found that with respect to AN / MAA / AM terpolymer, AN / MAA / AM tetrapolymer / BMI and AN / MAA / AM / TAIC slight increase in performance, and there is obvious improvement of the performance of the AN / MAA / AM / BMI foam. This thesis focuses on the problem of the fire-retardant foam is difficult by the introduction of solid flame retardants foamable copolymer - poly the phosphorylation (?) Amine (APP) and the liquid fire retardant - methyl dimethyl phosphate (DMMP ), to improve the flame retardant properties of the copolymers and the foams.
