Abstract

The piezoelectric ceramic is an important class of functional materials of mechanical energy and electrical energy conversion . It in the sensors, actuators , ultrasonic transducer, has a very wide range of applications on the filters and other various electronic components and devices . The utility of the piezoelectric ceramic material mostly of lead zirconate titanate ( abbreviated as PZT) as represented material. Its excellent piezoelectric properties are widely used in a variety of electronic devices . However , the preparation of the PZT need to use a lot of lead oxide as raw material , great cause environmental pollution in the process of production, use and waste . In recent years, as people 's awareness of environmental protection , research lead - free piezoelectric ceramics has become the world working to develop one of the hot material . In this thesis BaTiO3-based lead-free piezoelectric ceramics . Drawback for its piezoelectric performance is not high , and the Curie temperature is lower , and are discussed separately. First, through the establishment of a matrix - particle physics model to discuss the influence of tensile stress on the Curie temperature . Then verified by experiment , i.e. create barium titanate - cordierite experiment model . The experimental results of the Curie temperature of this system with the increase in the amount of cordierite incorporation also increases , to effectively verify the physical model . When cordierite incorporated in an amount of 14% , the Curie temperature was increased to 140.1 ° C . Has been reported pure barium titanate piezoelectric performance 190PC / N, In recent years, however, by changing the process (two-step sintering method) can be made of a piezoelectric coefficient of the barium titanate to reach 460PC / N . In this paper, pure barium titanate ceramic system . First, the establishment of the the microstructure physical model , discuss the different phases , the intrinsic piezoelectric effect its piezoelectric properties . Then specific experiments , to discuss the impact of the different sintering temperature piezoelectric properties of barium titanate . The experimental results in the sintering temperature is 1260 ℃ , the piezoelectric coefficient (d33) up 370PC / N .
