Abstract


After the completion of the flue gas desulphurization project,the integrated post-project evaluation helps to identify the ultimate economic and social benefits, to verify the reliability of the project pre-construction feasibility study report, and to offer a scientific basis for the establish, construction and operation of the future projects.Based on the post-project evaluation theory, this paper establishes the post-project evaluation index system. Then the principal components analysis(PCA)is used to filtrate the indexes in order to avoid the overlap among the information. Many indexes are turned to a few comprehensive indexes which influence the project implementation effect. The comprehensive indexes are irrelevant with each other but hold the main information of the original variable. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to do synthesis evaluation finally. This paper provides some advices according to the problems.
