Abstract


With the development of China 's reform and opening up , China and the world , and the distance from the western countries are getting closer , the lot of the Western world began to spread into China , where there is the essence of dross, we should reject the dross essence . Was introduced from the foreign sports like taekwondo , hip-hop, belly dancing, yoga, aerobics can be seen in the society now , that is an array which makes us dazzled , overwhelmed . But did not find that which our Chinese traditional sports . Traditional sports in China has a rich cultural heritage , but why is no one to pay attention to it ! There are many traditional Chinese sport very suitable for modern used to fitness , waist drum is a . Calisthenics each secondary school student must attend a school sports activities , national primary and secondary schools since 1951 , after the introduction of China 's first set of broadcast gymnastics , calisthenics workout content basically adopted broadcast gymnastics , and has been in use ever since . Chinese culture has a long history , are the traditional sports and cultural projects which projects suitable for secondary school calisthenics workout ? Course , just a few people to dig it . This paper questionnaire and field measurement method to carry out the exercise conducted by the Northeast Normal University Affiliated High calisthenics workout textbooks - the broadcast gymnastics and calisthenics of Changchun City Experimental Middle School textbooks - waist drum Comparative Study carried out a comparative study of the psychological and physiological condition of the students to participate in different exercise textbook , waist drum is also very suitable for primary and secondary schools calisthenics exercise , and exercise more effective than the effect of the broadcast gymnastics , not only fitness but also allows students to learn more about traditional Chinese sports culture , the inheritance and development of traditional sports .
