Abstract

Pulmonary embolism ( pulmonary embolism , PE ) is the impaction substances into the pulmonary artery and its branches , blocking the blood supply caused serious complications , due to our long-standing lack of knowledge about the disease , mistakenly , the rate of misdiagnosis in 70 % to 80 %. The traditional diagnostic procedures is the clinical data , routine chest X-ray , and then underwent pulmonary ventilation / perfusion (V / Q) imaging is still not confirmed , the line pulmonary angiography ( PAA ) . Pulmonary angiography has been considered the gold standard for diagnosis of PE . After all, it is an invasive examination . Lung ventilation / perfusion imaging occupies a very important position in the non-invasive diagnosis of pulmonary embolism , has long been as a first-line diagnostic tool for the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism . In recent years, the rapid development of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) not only scan speed image processing capabilities greatly enhanced CT pulmonary angiography (CTPA) has gradually become a new valuable non-invasive diagnostic methods . Many scholars recommend CTPA as first-line diagnostic tool , but also scholars do not agree . This study was designed by comparative analysis of lung V / Q scintigraphy and pulmonary angiography , CTPA value in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism , in order to evaluate the role of lung V / Q scintigraphy in the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism .
