Abstract


With the strengthen of knowledge-based economy globalization trend and the becoming of network information era, knowledge resources become the basis for technological innovation and sustainable development, knowledge management has gotten more attention and application in industry.The textile industry is a knowledge relatively intensive area which heavily depends on knowledge, so the textile industry urgently needs accelerating technological progress, promoting industrial upgrading, quickening construction of enterprise information to meet the market demands of personalization, limited quantities, multispecies and earliest delivery.The textile process design is a knowledge inheritance and reuse processing, which formatting large number of expertise and experimental datas in a long-term production practice, so the traditional single forms of process knowledge manual storage and management can not meet the requirements of process design. Based on domain-specificity and complexity of the process design,such as more device types, quick speeds of equipments updating,changing process,frequency process turning,complexity process caculation and frequency labor turnover,which made always difficult problems in textile enterprises during product processing. This paper proposed the research and application of knowledge management-oriented intelligent process technology from engineering application point by carefully analysis China’s textile process design status and problems,building the prototype system of intelligent process design based knowledge sharing and reuse. The main research work includes:(1) Discussed and analyzed the status of home and abroad knowledge management,researched knowledge-oriented intelligent process technology.Combined with the research objects and area characteristics of this topic,summed up the status existing problems in textile industries, and proposed the research contents,objectives and significance of this topic.(2) Based on the detailed needs analysis and operational status analysis of the textile industries,definited process knowledge composition, completed of process knowledge and network architecture. (3) Researched the knowledge acquisition methods, process knowledge classification and process knowledge representation, buildied process knowledge storage model based on SQL database.(4) Researched Web implementation techniques of process design system user-oriented, including ASP.NET AJAX development framework, ADO.NET data access engine, and similar process reasoning based CBR,analysised intelligent calculation of process parameters rule-based,builded intelligent process design prototype system knowledge management-oriented.(5) Finally, gived the system engineering application in several enterprises,and summarized and prospected the present period research.
