Abstract

Explosive loading structural damage of the ship shell deformation is very complex nonlinear dynamic response process . With the development of modern offensive weapons , to carry out research in this area is particularly important . In this paper, ship plate and shell structures under blast loading in contact with the destruction of the theoretical research and simulation analysis . Established a clamped circular plate in contact centers by local lateral blast loading model , analyzes its dynamic equation and the initial and boundary conditions , in order to get its closed form solution for the underlying assumptions of the initial boundary value problem can be simplified . For blast loading , sheet shock occurs during exercise , sparse spread acceleration waves ( secondary waves ) were analyzed , the shock wave propagation in different stages of the plate is divided into different zones , calculated using the wave equation wave solutions throughout the board area . Initial crack -free flexible material partial fracture criterion , it is assumed when the corresponding function on the right plastic strain ( ? ) Reaches a certain value , the structure of the formation of cracks danger point . Then, the surface of the plate boundary initial parameters derived plate surface per unit area suffered role than impulse I 0 . In the use of thin plastic explosive loads dynamic response , and seek maximum slope plate deformation , the fracture criterion is calculated when the charge radius r is constant, the thin ring faults occur the critical initial loading dose and the critical displacement . Examples of theoretical calculations and experimental results, and describes the theoretical calculation is correct. Show that the theory can be a good solution to contact explosions under the sheet plugging problems . Application of finite element analysis software LS-DYNA numerical simulation and theoretical calculation results were compared with the numerical simulation results show that the analysis can be well under blast loading plate plastic dynamic response .
