2H-[1,4] benzo- oxazin -3 ( 4H ) - one derivatives because it has a wide range of biological activity and lower toxicity , by the pharmaceutical and pesticide Investigator , Follow , in recent years, there have been reports in the literature of its higher insecticidal, fungicidal and herbicidal activity , and developed a high herbicidal activity the protoporphyrin oxidase inhibitor flumioxazin amine ( flumioxazin ) and thiadiazole alachlor ( thidiazimin ) on . In this review, at home and abroad pesticides latest research progress and pesticide discovery engineering significance and necessity , detailing the 2H - [ 1,4 ] benzoxazine -3 ( 4H ) - one derivatives in pesticide progress . Specific research work consisted primarily of the following two aspects : 1 , explore and found a synthetic high herbicidal activity of 2 - ( 7 - fluoro -4 - (3 - iodine - prop - 2 - alkynyl ) -3 - oxo -3,4 - dihydro -2H-benzo [ b ] oxazin- [ 1,4 ] -6 - yl ) -4,5,6,7 - tetrahydro -2H- isoindole - 1 ,3 - dione ( B2055 ) and the new method , the synthesis method . 2, to flumioxazin amine as a lead compound , 2H - [ 1,4 ] benzoxazine -3 ( 4H ) - one of the active groups , three categories of 35 new compounds were designed and synthesized : ( 1 ) N - ( 7 - fluoro-4 - substituted-3 - oxo - 3 ,4 - dihydro -2H-benzo [ b ] [ 1,4 ] oxazin-6 - yl )-N- substituted-4 - ( methylsulfonyl ) -2 - nitro - benzamides I ; ( 2 ) of N - ( 7 - fluoro-4 - substituted-3 - oxo - 3 ,4 - dihydro -2H-benzo [ b ] [ 1 , 4 ] oxazin-6 - yl ) - N - substituted amino the three ketone compound II ; ( 3 ) of 1,3 - bis ( 7 - fluoro-4 - substituted-3 - oxo - 3 ,4 - dihydro -2H - benzo [ b ] [ 1,4 ] oxazin-6 - yl ) urea compounds Ⅲ A and 3 - (7 - amino -4 - substituted -3 - oxo - 3 ,4 - dihydro -2H - benzo [ b ] [ 1,4 ] oxazin-6 - carboxylate ) -1,1 - dipropyl urea compound III B . A more detailed discussion of various intermediates and target compounds synthesis conditions for all target compounds were purified and characterized using IR , ~ 1H NMR , LC / MS carried out the characterization , analytical part of the spectral properties of the compounds . This three types of herbicidal compound and bactericidal activity tests , the results showed no herbicidal activity of some of the compounds having a bactericidal activity . When the concentration of 500mg / L , compound III AD powdery mildew fungus showed 85 % inhibition , III Ab III Ae and III AF powdery mildew fungi showed more than 90% inhibition rate .
