Abstract

Heterosis in the F1 generation in biomass , plant height , speed of growth and development , fecundity and other agronomic traits better than their parents in this phenomenon . Although heterosis has been studying and applying more than a century , but its molecular mechanism remains unclear . Our research focuses on the understanding of the role of small RNA play heterosis . Rice two subspecies Nipponbare (Nipponbare) and 93-11 and their reciprocal cross F1 on behalf of all known microRNAs and high expression of that part of the small RNAs expression detected through a special chip to detect small RNAs expression level system , level. In 1141 of all detected small RNAs , the reciprocal cross were 140 and 157 small RNAs differentially expressed , the proportion of the differentially expressed in 12-13 % . Four cases of additive and non - additive effects ( high dominant low dominant , ultra-high dominant , ultra-low- dominant ) were found . Reciprocal cross F1 generation are mainly non - additive effects . With respect to the parents of this in the pro- values ??, significantly more than the number of small RNAs downregulated upregulation . We also found that the expression levels of 15 miRNAs in reciprocal cross relative to the value of the pro performance opposite trend . Bioinformatics tools to predict rice microRNAs of targets involved in various biological pathways and expression differences and no differences microRNAs and their targets did not show significant difference . Our research shows that small RNAs in rice heterosis performance played an important role , and provides a theoretical basis for further exploration and discovery of heterosis molecular mechanism .
