Objective To evaluate medicine Gaxim Romi phenol with clomiphene citrate effectiveness in the treatment of anovulatory infertility . Method using Cochrane systematic review , computer retrieval CBM Chinese Biomedical Literature Database ( 1978-2006.9 ) , VIP Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database (1989-2006.9,), CNKI full-text periodicals database (1994-2006.9), MEDLINE CD-ROM database (1956 - 2006.9 ) , of EMBASE, CD-ROM database ( 1974-2006.9 ) Cochrne library randomized controlled trials registry . Hand searches of Chinese journals and conference proceedings related to infertility and received literature references , a comprehensive collection of published and unpublished about Chinese medicine Gac Romi phenol with clomiphene citrate therapy Ovulatory infertility randomized controlled trials and quasi-randomized controlled trials . Chinese medicine based on inclusion exclusion criteria the screening literature ; quality evaluation criteria in accordance with the methodology recommended Cochrne Collaboration , pregnancy rate / pregnancy rate , ovulation rate , basal body temperature , cervical mucus score , endometrial thickness indicators Gac Romi phenol and the evaluation of the efficacy of clomiphene treatment ovulatory dysfunction, infertility . Methodological quality of included studies , using statistical analysis Revman4.2.8 software . The results were found in 13 Chinese literature , and eventually a total of 1555 cases of patients included in the 13 trials according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria , by the method of quality evaluation \Evaluation index for the pregnancy rate of 13 ; ovulation rate of 12 ; 4 basal body temperature ; 4 cervical mucus ; endometrial thickness of 5 . Conclusion medicine Gaxim Romi phenols with clomiphene citrate therapy Ovulatory infertility efficacy have significant differences . The incorporation of quality literature , the strength of the evidence , pending further large sample , high-quality multi-center , randomized, double-blind controlled trials confirmed . Chinese medicine side effects still need to do further evaluation in future research .
