Objective: To evaluate cervical cancer and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) FHIT and P63 protein expression and its relationship with clinicopathological factors in cervical squamous cell carcinoma, and to study the expression of both correlation in order to determine the turn of CIN normalized indicators as well as to provide the basis for early diagnosis and prognosis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: Using immunohistochemistry SP method detected 62 cases of cervical cancer, FHIT and P63 protein expression in 36 cases of CIN and 15 cases of chronic cervicitis tissues. The positive expression rate of FHIT and P63 protein group Pearson'sχ ~ 2 test and Fisher's exact test method, FHIT application of non-parametric analysis and the relationship between the P63. Results: 1. FHIT protein in chronic cervical inflammation, CIN and cervical cancer tissues showed a downward trend, low expression rate of 6.7%, 22.2% and 62.9%, respectively, among the three groups there were significant differences (P <0.01); in CIN organizations, The downward trend in CIN Ⅰ → Ⅱ → Ⅲ expression, low expression rate is 7.69%, 27.3% and 33.3%, no significant difference between the three groups (P> 0.05). 2. FHIT protein expression with clinicopathological factors in cervical cancer: (1) low expression rate of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma were 67.8% and 16.7%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). (2) squamous cell carcinoma histological grade compare grade Ⅰ, Ⅱ stage and grade Ⅲ low expression rates were 71.4%, 68.9% and 69.6%, three difference was not significant (P> 0.05). (3) clinical staging compare Phase I, II low expression of the rate is 66.7% and 71%, respectively, and the difference was significant (P> 0.05). (4) the presence or absence of lymph node metastasis group comparison, low expression rates were 47.7% and 83.3%. Lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than those without lymph node metastasis, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). 3. P63 protein in chronic cervical inflammation, CIN and cervical tissue expression showed an upward trend, the positive expression rate was 0.0%, 38.9% and 80.6%, respectively, among the three groups there were significant differences (P <0.01). CIN Ⅰ → Ⅱ → Ⅲ, the positive expression rate of 7.69%, 36.3% and 75%, there was a significant difference between the three groups. (P <0.05). 4. P63 protein expression with clinicopathological factors in cervical cancer relationship: (1) different pathological types of tissue, cervical squamous cell carcinoma, the positive rate of 89.3%, the no expression adenocarcinoma, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) . (2) squamous cell differentiation comparing grade Ⅰ, Ⅱ stage and grade Ⅲ positive expression rates were 46.7%, 64.3% and 91.7%, the difference of the three significant differences (P <0.05). (3) clinical staging comparative Phase I, II of the positive expression rate was 66.7% and 88.0%, respectively, and the difference was significant (P <0.05). 5. Low expression of FHIT in cervical squamous cell carcinoma P63 positive expression in 37 cases of CIN P63 positive expression of seven cases, non-parametric correlation analysis showed that: of FHIT and P63 expression in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and CIN Ⅱ, CIN Ⅲ expression was positively correlated. Conclusion: 1. Chronic cervicitis, CIN and cervical cancer in of FHIT the low expression P63 high expression, suggesting that it can be used as the molecular basis of biological indicators and early diagnosis of clinical monitoring CIN outcome. 2. FHIT protein in cervical squamous cell carcinoma patients with lymph node metastasis, suggesting that it can be used as a reference predict the prognosis of patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma judgment. 3. P63 protein in cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissue differentiation and clinical stage, suggesting that it can be used as a poorly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma of the markup factor. 4. High expression of FHIT low expression of P63 were positively correlated, suggesting that they may participate in the occurrence of cervical squamous cell carcinoma, the development of cervical squamous cell carcinoma and CIN.
