Abstract


Objective To compare the premature ovarian failure and other causes of infertility accepts the oocyte donation rows IVF assisted reproductive outcome . Methods The subjects for the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University , Henan Province, China Center for Reproductive Medicine 2004-2007 72 receiving the oocyte donation assisted reproductive treatment cycle due to premature ovarian failure or other reasons . Application of GnRH-a long program line pituitary down-regulation of ovulation induction with FSH , when vaginal the B ultrasound monitoring shows two or more follicles diameter greater than 18mm , E 2 levels greater than 400pg/ml HCG injection . HCG injection 34-36 hours after oocyte donation vaginal B monitoring downstream egg retrieval surgery , the egg began to use progesterone . According to the husband semen circumstances using the method of conventional IVF or intracytoplasmic sperm injection fertilization . By eggs in the 15 days prior to the embryo transfer application estradiol , three days before transplantation applications progesterone . Two days line embryo transfer after insemination . Non - premature ovarian failure underwent fresh embryo transfer , patients with premature ovarian failure , both fresh embryo transfer line thawed embryo transfer . Thaw cycles , the sequential application of estrogen and progesterone . Application of estrogen and progesterone for two weeks after transplantation to pregnancy test , if the biochemical pregnancy , continue treatment until 12 weeks of pregnancy . The clinical pregnancy to the B-monitoring to see the gestational sac prevail . Compare the fertilization of the two groups of patients , the endometrial and pregnancy outcomes . Results of this study found that premature ovarian failure and non - ovarian premature aging patients transplanted Day endometrial thickness of 10mm and 11mm ; implantation rate of 32.8% and 11.5% , respectively ; clinical pregnancy rates were 50% and 34.1% ; fresh embryo transfer cycle pregnancy rates were 55% and 34% ; premature ovarian failure and non - patients with premature ovarian failure , miscarriage rate was 14.2% and 13.3% ; live births was 78.5% and 86.6% ( still 4% of patients with premature ovarian failure pregnancy continue ). Patients with premature ovarian failure thaw cycle pregnancy rate of 50% . Conclusion for premature ovarian failure and non- patients with premature ovarian failure , oocyte donation is accepted an effective method for the treatment of infertility . For elderly women , the embryo quality are the main factors affecting the outcome of assisted reproduction . However , many factors to improve the success rate of pregnancy needs further investigation.
