Abstract


Objective : To explore the related factors impact autologous tissue replacement the urethroplasty clinical efficacy . Materials and Methods: from February 2000 to May 2006 , 82 cases of the alternative oral mucosa urethroplasty , pedicled penile skin flap urethroplasty 34 cases (including the prepuce ) alternative . The position and length , the type of alternatives and width , number of operations performed in the preoperative , stent indwelling time univariate analysis with stricture recurrence rate of urethral stricture . Results: 116 patients were followed up for 5-60 months , with an average of 23.9 months . Early postoperative voiding patency in 95 cases ( 81.9% ) , and urethral complications or restenosis 21 cases . Two cases after several urethral dilatation , 12 cases of reoperation after urination , the overall success rate of 94.0% . Conclusion: alternative materials stricture recurrence rate after short-term no significant effect the wider the oral mucosa bar ; within the range of 0.8-2.0 cm , urethral stricture rate lower .
